Shipping Policy
1. Delivery Areas
Local Deliveries: We offer delivery services within Nairobi and surrounding areas.
National Shipping: We ship to major towns and cities across Kenya. Please contact us to confirm if we deliver to your specific location.
2. Delivery Time
Same-Day Delivery: Available for orders placed before 3:00 PM within Nairobi. Orders placed after this time will be delivered the following business day.
Next-Day Delivery: For areas outside Nairobi, delivery typically takes 1-2 business days, depending on the destination.
Bulk Orders: Orders with a larger quantity may take longer to process. You will receive an estimated delivery time once your bulk order is confirmed.
3. Shipping Fees
Within Nairobi: We offer f delivery for all orders within Nairobi at estimated cost of 300. There are no additional shipping fees.
Outside Nairobi: Shipping fees for deliveries outside Nairobi are based on the size, weight, and destination of the order. The exact cost will be calculated during checkout or provided upon request.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email or SMS with tracking details (if applicable) to monitor the progress of your delivery.
5. Order Packaging
All products are carefully packaged to ensure they arrive in excellent condition. Fragile or high-value items are given extra care in packaging, and we use protective materials to prevent damage during transport.
6. Delivery Conditions
Recipient Availability: Please ensure that someone is available at the delivery address to receive your order. If no one is available, the delivery may be rescheduled, and additional redelivery fees may apply.
Missed Deliveries: If we cannot complete the delivery due to incorrect address information or lack of recipient availability, you may incur a redelivery fee.
7. Order Modifications & Cancellations
Order Modifications: Changes to your order (such as address or items) must be made before the order has been dispatched. Once your order is out for delivery, modifications are not possible.
Cancellations: Orders can be canceled up to one hour before dispatch. After this time, cancellations will not be accepted.
8. International Shipping
Currently, Ankarated Melo’s Closet only offers delivery within Kenya. We do not ship internationally.
9. Delivery Issues
If there are any issues with your delivery (delays, damage, or other concerns), please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
10. Additional Notes
Delivery times are subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions or traffic.
